Comments from PhotoTrek

What did you find most interesting?

"Water Scenes,.Learning Exposure Compensation, and Object placement. Seeing what other people see that you may have missed and some of the extras like being aware of the others around you and not just the task at hand"

"SEEING THE LOCATIONS IN A COMPLETELY NEW WAY AND LEARNING TO LOOK BEYOND THE OBVIOUS. A WALK IN THE FOREST WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN".

"i liked the laid back atmosphere and the fact that you go out of your way to make people feel comfortable so they can ask questions no matter how basic they seem"

Was the time too long, too short or about right?

"Great just for a morning, personally I would love to do longer"

Any other comments, critical or otherwise – we’ve got broad shoulders,(well Ian has).

"Love the format, especially the friendly banter. There was plenty of information to go away and practise before the next time, without being bombered."

"I love the location, it was nice to see a different part of the forest too not to far to walk (for those who don't do walking).
I would love an evening trek to do some lower light photgraphy, Yes I would love to do another photo trek and I can do anytime or day."

"I think for beginners and intermediates it's great because you know your market and you know what most of your trekkers are capable of and they go away feeling as though they have learnt something and not thinking bloody hell i'm useless at this photography lark"

Did you enjoy the format? YES
Was it instructive enough? YES
Was there too much information or too little JUST RIGHT BECAUSE ANY GAPS COULD BE FILLED WITH QUESTIONS ON A ONE TO ONE OR GROUP BASIS

What did you think of the location? GOOD, VARIED AND INTERESTING

Was the time too long, too short or about right?

"i know it was only a half day but i could have stayed all day though"

Did you think that Ian spoke too much, Barry spoke too little, Barry spoke too much Ian spoke too little?

"personally i found it perfect because i liked ian's group talks and barry was in the background with a different point of view and a different take on things"

What did you least enjoy?

"the fact that it finished, i could have gone on all day, although i had filled up my memory card and hadn't bought a spare!"
