I really enjoyed the experience. I had previously been looking into doing an evening class of some kind in photography but I definitely found this kind of hands on approach much more interesting than I imagine an evening class would be. I learnt a lot although think I will find a lot of the technical aspects difficult to keep in my head without needing to refresh my memory each time.

Many locations for good pictures during the trek and the explanations of what made them good.

Well structured with plentiful scenery to provide practice.

Well balanced for novices without being too technically demanding.

I particularly enjoyed the consideration of various aspects of composition of pictures

Very informative coverage of the fundamentals, plus even the almost constant rain was a lesson in preparing with better weather protection for you and your camera along with more lens wipes/cleaners etc. I look forward to the next phase which will hopefully be in a couple of weeks. Thank you both.

Thank you for this morning - sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm in adverse weather conditions was brilliant!
