Yes really enoyed it. Also Ian and Barry were encouraging and didn't make me feel stupid even though I knew so little and don't have a good eye for compositionA bit of teaching, shown good composition and then having a go. Also being set a few tasks - daunting but helpful
It was great to immediately get off auto and by the end understand a bit about aperture
I really did enjoy it (except must wear warmer clothes!), learnt so much. Much better than trying to understand instruction book. Learnt lot about composition, given me confidence to go out and use my camera now. Disappointed with most of my shots but want to go back this week and try again now I've seen where I went wrong. Would recommend it to anyone. Thank you
I could of kept going all day as I was enjoying it all . Timing was good.
Most enjoyed? The unexpected - the mist, sudden cyclists and horses appearing, the opportunity to ask questions without feeling stupid, the fact it doesn't matter if I'm not very good, I can still enjoy it. Interaction between the two of you.
This was my first experience, we had a lovely fresh sunny morning.I liked the relaxed atmosphere of the workshop. There was nothing i did not like. i learnt about lighting, composition, still a bit un sure of my depth of field and F stops but more practice needed,The flapjacks were to die for!!
