I enjoyed the day very much. I was impressed with Ian's obvious knowledge and experience. He was able to explain 'why and how' to most situations. He had plenty of patience, necessary, and coped well with the variety of skills attending. My existing M.O. needed discipline and he explained to me how by taking just a few moments to compose my pictures I was able to produce much better pictures.

It was a very useful day, it was the best photography course I have attended.

Very well thought course that made the best use of the wide variety of photographic opportunities at Mottisfont. Learnt a great deal about how to spot interesting photographs and composition

Good balance of instruction and inspiration or technical and artistic
