First PhotoTrek of the year a success!

A frosty start lead to a bright winter morning at the PhotoTrek held near Burley last weekend, (9.2.08).
Feedback after the event was excellent. Here is a list of some of the comments:

"Finally I have more idea about composition, leading lines etc. It was nice to walk with a group of people who don’t mind stopping for pics!"

What did you think of the location? "Fantastic. Nice to look closer at an area so close to home!"

What did you find most interesting?..... "The opportunity to mooch around with experts who have contrasting approaches to the subject and really know their stuff -- and to go out with a bunch of fellow enthusiasts."

And the most boring!......."Nothing"

What did you enjoy most and why? " Discovering a part of the forest I didn't know, in beautiful weather with a group of like minded individuals."

Was it instructive enough? "Yes - even though I've had the camera for about 3 years, I used buttons today that I haven't before"

What did you find most interesting?..."How many potential good photos there are around us"

What did you think of the location? "Fantastic, the best yet in the forest."
